Trouble shooting
Problem: Screen does not switch on
Poor electrical connection to the vehicle battery?
Check that the battery terminals are correctly fitted and have good contact.
Check that a good earth point has been selected.
The DYNCO 2.0 must be connected to the vehicle battery - a 12V booster is not sufficient.
Defective fuse?
Replace 30A fuse.
Problem: "Insufficient new oil" message
Too little oil in the fresh oil canister?
Fill the canister with new oil (2 litres more than the programmed quantity).
Problem: "Pump filling" message
Cables not connected?
Check the hydraulic connections of the appliance or the connections on the adapters.
Air in the DYNCO 2.0 circuit?
Vent the device as described under PRIMING.
Check the function of the pump using the TEST MODE.
Problem: "Pump filling" error (with PRE-FLUSH)
Additive tank is empty?
Fill the additive tank with the required amount of PRE-FLUSH.
Noises from the pump, like when a valve jams?
Vent the device as described under PRIMING.
Check the 3-way solenoid valve using the TEST MODE.
Problem: "Insufficient oil flow" error
Is the engine running?
Start and run the engine, set the selector lever to "P" and fit the brake servo if necessary.
Is the oil reservoir positioned correctly?
Check the position of the fresh and used oil canisters.
Adapter fitted correctly?
Check the mounting of the adapter (correct positioning, tightening torque...)
Gearbox flushing must be supported by "ADAP FLUX" (item no. 1002126)?
Check whether the adapters on the affected gearbox need to be supplemented with adapter 1002126.
Repeat flushing with 1002126 connected.
Oil level in the gearbox too low?
Check and top up if necessary, then try again.
Is it a gearbox classified as "low flow"?
Follow the procedure for gearboxes with low oil pressure LOW FLOW.
Is the DYNCO solenoid valve defective?
Check the solenoid valve using the TEST MODE.
Problem: "Oil drain" error
Voltage too low?
Check battery voltage.
The oil scales are not working?
Check the function of the scale using TEST MODE, replace the scale if necessary.
Problem: Printer error
Electrical connection to the printer?
Check the printer's plug connection, repair or replace defective cable if necessary.
Printer defective?
Replace printer (item no. 1002103)
Problem: "Tare not possible" error
Weight fluctuations / vibrations during calibration
Avoid touching the scales or containers during calibration.
Avoid shocks to the DYNCO 2.0.
The scales are not working?
Check the electrical connection of the scale, replace the scale if necessary.
