Maintenance work on the DYNCO 2.0

General information

When carrying out maintenance work, the DYNCO 2.0 must be disconnected from the power supply and the vehicle. Personal protective equipment must be worn and the safety regulations applicable in the workplace must be observed.

To ensure safe and reliable operation of the DYNCO 2.0, the following points must be observed:

Replace worn hoses with new hoses immediately.

• Excessive vibrations can affect the service life of the various components and the measuring accuracy. This may invalidate the appliance warranty.

• Avoid strong impacts when handling the device.

• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or weather conditions. Heat, strong sunlight and high humidity can lead to malfunctions.

• The appliance must not be used as a trolley for transporting other appliances.

• Regularly check the condition of the filters and connecting hoses.

• Do not clean the appliance panelling with abrasive or aggressive agents. Use a neutral soap or surface cleaner. Do not use solvents that could damage the paintwork.

• If the device is to be transported in a vehicle, remove the liquid from the auxiliary tank and the canisters containing the new and old oil.

Oil filter

After 40 to 50 oil change cycles, the two filters inside the DYNCO 2.0 must be replaced. The number of oil change cycles performed by the DYNCO 2.0 can be seen in the print report or under the "COUNTERS" menu item.

Only use original oil filters (item no. 1002098).

Insert printer paper

• Place the paper roll in the printer compartment so that it can unroll along the rear wall.

• Guide the end of the printer paper over the top edge of the printer compartment cover and close the cover.
