Initial commissioning

Description of the initial commissioning (device calibration and priming); work steps which can also be used for troubleshooting.

The DYNCO 2.0 switches on automatically as soon as it is connected to a 12 V DC (vehicle battery).

Calibration of the MOTOREX DYNCO 2.0

Before using the DYNCO 2.0 for the first time, the device must be calibrated.

If the canisters supplied by MOTOREX are not used, the device or the corresponding scale in the device must be recalibrated using the replacement canister.

Avoid jolting or moving the DYNCO 2.0 during calibration

Start / Service / NEW OIL TARE (resp. USED TANK TARE, AUXILIARY TARE)

• Select the scale that you want to calibrate.

• Make sure that an empty canister is on the corresponding scale.

• Confirm by pressing "START".

• Wait for the calibration to complete and then confirm with "OK"

To prevent air from entering the DYNCO circuit, PRE-FLUSH can be filled into the additive canister (approx. 1 cm) before the scale is calibrated.

Priming

Before using the MOTOREX DYNCO 2.0 for the first time, the appliance must be vented.

Avoid jolting the appliance during the purging process.

Start / Service / PRIMING

• To vent the device or to flush the lines of the MOTOREX DYNCO 2.0, select the menu item "PRIMING" under Settings.

• Route the fresh oil hose (blue) to the waste oil canister.

• Start the flushing program.

For a resistance-free flow, use an open adapter from the red case.

• The "PRIMING" programme runs through the hose rinse in about 15 seconds. After this time has elapsed, you will be prompted to insert the waste oil hose into the waste oil canister and start the second flush.

• At the end of the oil type change, the completion is acknowledged.
